Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases in the online store Scotland Fanatics, operated by BLACKHYPE LLC, 1160 Heron Sound Drive, Apopka, Florida 32703, USA. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Orders

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case the full amount is refunded.

2. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payments are handled by secure payment providers and we do not store card details.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping prices are set out in our shipping policy.

4. Returns

You have 14 days to return items under our returns and refund policy. Personalised products (name, number or badge) are excluded.

5. Product information

We aim for accurate images and descriptions. Small colour differences may occur depending on your screen. Size charts are a guide.

6. Faulty goods

If an item is faulty you have the rights given by applicable consumer law. Contact us with your order number and photos.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or delays outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer law of the country where you live.
