Returns and refund policy
Right to cancel
You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and with tags attached.
Personalised products
Products personalised with a name, number or badge are made to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to return
Email us at support@fanaticsgroups.com with your order number before sending anything back and we will send you the return instructions. Returns sent without authorisation cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we refund the amount within 14 days to your original payment method.
